How TSF Fitness Studio handles member information, and the basic terms that apply when you use our website, member portal, and studio services.
Draft for operational and legal review · Last updated 13 October 2026
TSF Fitness Studio (Team Suresh Fitness), based in Caranzalem, Goa, India, respects the privacy of its members and website visitors. This page brings together TSF’s public-facing privacy notice and core website, member-portal and studio terms. It is intended to describe current intended practices, not certify legal compliance. TSF should verify that the described practices match the live systems and obtain appropriate legal review before treating this notice as final.
Depending on how you interact with the studio, information may include your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, emergency contact, membership and program details, joining and fee dates, attendance records, event registrations, and details you choose to provide about fitness or medical considerations.
When you sign in, authentication and account identifiers are processed by the services used to operate the member portal. Please do not submit information that is not needed to manage your membership or support your training.
Information is used to administer membership, communicate studio updates, manage attendance and events, record fees, respond to requests, and help staff provide an appropriate training experience.
Information may be processed by service providers needed to run the site and member portal, including hosting, authentication and database infrastructure, email or messaging tools, maps, and payment services where used. Each provider may process information under its own terms and privacy notice. The specific providers, fields sent and retention settings must be checked against the live configuration.
TSF does not sell member personal information. Access should be limited to authorised people who need it for studio responsibilities. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect people or the service, or to handle a dispute. Do not assume every feature listed here is active in every environment.
TSF uses available access controls and platform security features to help protect records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Members should protect their sign-in credentials and promptly report suspected account misuse or disclosure.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for membership administration, safety, accounting, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Retention periods depend on the record type and must be confirmed against TSF’s retention schedule. When information is no longer needed, TSF should securely delete or anonymise it where practicable, subject to legal holds and required records.
You may ask TSF for access to personal information associated with you, request correction of inaccurate details, ask about deletion or account closure, withdraw optional communication consent, or raise a privacy complaint. TSF may verify identity before acting. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, safety or dispute purposes; account closure does not automatically erase records that must be retained.
To request account closure or deletion, contact the privacy address below from your registered email or provide enough information for TSF to verify your identity. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary medical information by email.
Use the website and member portal lawfully and only for their intended purposes. Keep your sign-in credentials private, notify the studio if you suspect unauthorized access, and do not attempt to access another member’s account or records.
Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Portal availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, service-provider issues, or security updates.
Membership plans, program access, fees, joining dates and expiry dates are those confirmed by TSF at enrolment or in a subsequent written communication. Members should check the details before paying and contact support promptly if a fee or payment status appears incorrect. A status shown in the portal is an administrative record and may need staff confirmation.
Unless TSF confirms otherwise in writing, a fee reminder is not an automatic renewal notice and does not itself change a membership term. Payment arrangements, discounts, pauses, renewals and any deposits should be confirmed with the studio before relying on them.
Event registration or opting in indicates interest and does not necessarily guarantee a place where capacity limits or additional confirmation apply. Event-specific fees, eligibility, safety rules and cancellation conditions should be communicated before the event.
Training, martial arts, strength work and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including strains, falls, collisions and other injuries. Members should train within their abilities, follow coach instructions, use equipment responsibly, disclose relevant safety information directly to an authorised coach, and stop if they feel unwell or injured. The portal is not an emergency service and does not replace medical advice.
This policy is not a waiver of liability or informed consent form. Where a separate participation consent, parent/guardian consent, medical clearance or waiver is appropriate, TSF should provide it separately and obtain it before participation.
The website or member portal may use browser storage, such as local storage, to remember display preferences (for example, theme settings) and may use cookies or similar technologies required for security, sign-in or service operation. Third-party embedded content or services may set their own technologies under their own policies.
You can control cookies and clear local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may affect sign-in, saved preferences or other features. TSF should update this section if analytics, advertising or additional tracking technologies are introduced; no non-essential tracking should be claimed or enabled without checking the actual implementation and applicable consent requirements.
Refund eligibility, cancellation notice, membership pauses, missed sessions, unused sessions and event refunds depend on the plan or event terms communicated at purchase and applicable law. Please contact support before assuming a fee is refundable or a membership has been cancelled. TSF should provide the applicable written policy at enrolment or payment and apply it consistently.
Nothing in this page removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Because specific refund windows and plan rules have not been confirmed here, this page does not promise a fixed refund period or automatic refund. Support can explain the terms applicable to your booking or membership.
TSF offers programs for children. A parent or legal guardian should provide required enrolment details and consent for a child where applicable. Information about children should be limited to what is needed for membership administration, contact, safeguarding and safe participation. TSF should verify the appropriate guardian and meet any applicable legal requirements before collecting or processing a child’s personal information.
TSF may send operational communications such as membership updates, receipts, fee reminders and event notices by email or WhatsApp. Promotional messages should be sent only where the required permission has been obtained. Members may ask support to stop optional promotional communications; this does not necessarily stop essential service or account messages.
This notice may be updated as the studio’s services and practices change. Material updates should be reflected by revising the date above.
