TSF is a combat sports and fitness studio in Caranzalem, with eight years of teaching MMA, Taekwondo, CrossFit, and Calisthenics. Our coaches have fought, and they train people who are ready to put in the work.
The founder
Master Suresh
Master Suresh is a certified personal trainer and martial arts coach with a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo. He is President of STAG, the SaJa Taekwondo Association of Goa, and Head Coach of Goa under IITF.
You don't build fighters with shortcuts. You build them with years.
With ten years of teaching experience across six disciplines, his approach hasn't changed: technique before intensity, discipline before everything.
